These terms govern your use of MCQForge, a SaaS that extracts multiple-choice questions from PDFs, images, Word documents, spreadsheets, and text files using AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
MCQForge converts uploaded PDFs, images, DOCX, XLSX, TXT, and CSV files into structured MCQs (question, options, correct answer, explanation). We use a third-party AI provider (Google) to process content. We do not guarantee perfect accuracy — always review extracted MCQs before using them in assessments.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use MCQForge.
- One person, one account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not own or have a license to process.
- Upload illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit material involving minors.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits or paywalls.
- Use the service to generate exam questions for live exams you have not been authorized to author.
- Resell raw output as a competing AI extraction service.
4. Your content & rights
You retain all rights to the files you upload and the MCQs we extract from them. By uploading, you grant MCQForge a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service. We do not use your private content to train public AI models.
5. Plans & billing
The Free tier includes 50 MCQs per month. Paid plans unlock higher limits as listed on the Pricing page. Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, and more) are processed securely through Stripe — your subscription activates as soon as the payment clears.

7. AI output disclaimer
AI extraction is probabilistic. Output may contain errors, missing context, or hallucinated answers. You are solely responsible for verifying correctness before using extracted MCQs in any high-stakes context (real exams, official assessments, certifications).
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose a security risk. You can delete your account at any time; this removes your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
9. Liability
MCQForge is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MCQForge is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in those courts. International users retain any non-waivable consumer-protection rights granted by their local laws.
