Refund Policy

How refunds work for paid plans.

Last updated: 2026-06-29

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy describes when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Free tier

The Free tier is, well, free. There are no charges and therefore no refunds. The 50 MCQs per month limit exists to keep the service available to everyone.

2. 7-day refund window

If you upgrade to a paid plan and decide it isn’t for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the payment date — provided you have used less than 25% of the plan's monthly quota. After 25% usage, refunds are no longer available.

3. Renewals

Stripe subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or Stripe’s billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. If a renewal charges you for a period you no longer want, contact us within 48 hours of the charge for a full refund.

4. How refunds are issued

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe. Most card refunds settle within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Failed extractions or service issues

If a technical bug prevents you from using a feature you paid for, contact support — we will issue a service credit or pro-rata refund at our discretion.

6. Not eligible

  • Requests made after the 7-day window.
  • Requests after using more than 25% of monthly quota.
  • Plans purchased through promotional pricing already at a steep discount.
  • Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service.

7. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your Stripe receipt or transaction ID and a brief reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
